After a long stressful wait on the closing of my Elko house, I had planned to write a TedTalk on the evils of assumed mortgages. They are still evil, but if you decide to go on that hike, take a good realtor with you. Joe Brown spent hours and hours and hours listening to my emotional rants, went out of his way to make sure I had the answers I needed, answered my text messages every time, talked me off the ledge more than once and all around did an amazing job as my realtor. Selling my house was two years in the planning, and very hard to do alone. While I would have loved to get it sold before I did, Joe walked beside me every step of the way.
