Aubrey started in the business at the age of 10 when her mother started in real estate. When she was 14 her mother became a broker and had her own company: Spotlight Realty Services. In 2010 she became licensed in the state of California & had experience selling multi-million dollar properties & condos in the Bay Area (Los Altos, Mountain View, Palo Alto). In 2011 she moved to Elko, NV. From there she received her real estate license in 2014. She has worked with her partner, Joyce Molohon (a top producing agent), since 2011 and has assisted in over 100 new construction deals, along with over 500 resales, land, & mobile/manufactured home transactions. Aubrey's goal is to help buyers become homeowners, which includes working with them through credit repair, having constant contact with the buyer's lender, & assisting in anything the buyer needs throughout the process. For sellers, she knows the importance of selling a home fast, but also efficiently & smoothly through strategic marketing ideas such as staging, professional photos, & hosting open houses. All buyers and sellers have a dream in mind; Aubrey's goal is to help fulfill those dreams into REALITY, because Real Estate is REAL!

We had such an amazing experience. We were looking for over a year. We were under contract for one house and just didn’t feel right about it. She investigated our concerns and we ended up walking away. She found us our current house within an hour of it going on the market. Helped us negotiate an offer and it was accepted that night. She has even continue to help us afterwards with recommending contractors for repairs and negotiating any construction fees !

Aubrey is the nicest and most knowledgeable realtor I’ve ever worked with. She always answers the phone or text no matter what she is doing or what time it is. I have never had anyone work so hard to find the perfect home. She is knowledgeable, efficient, and made sure she went over and above the call of duty. We are so happy with her. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a new home in Spring Creek or Elko.

Aubrey was very knowledgeable throughout the entire selling and buying process! She is kind and considerate and worked hard d to get me the best deal possible. She was very patient and not pushy as my process took about a year to find the perfect home! I highly recommend!

Our experience with Aubrey was fantastic. She really went to bat for us and solved some issues with the seller. She is knowledgeable and a true professional. I have refered friends and family to her on multiple occasions. She will be the one I choose for any other purchases.
