Erica has been my landlord for the last two years and has been a wonderful landlord. We finally decided it was time to sell our home in Elko we were renting out and buy a new home for our growing family. Without hesitation we reached out to Erica. Myself being the picky one went back and fourth on buying a home or building a home and she was wonderful they all of the questions and chaos I had going thru my brain. Erica was great from day one. Purchasing a home can be stressful, but Erica streamlined the process and made it less stressful. She was always prompt with communication, and took the time to explain the home-buying process to me. Erica was conscious of my budget and was mindful to stay within my financial constraints, which I greatly appreciated. She was available weekdays and weekends to show houses, working around my busy schedule as a teacher.
