About this property

This property lies approx. 13 miles East of Elko, Nevada on the South side of I-80. It has the Humboldt River passing through it and has over 300 acres of surface water rights out of the river. The old dams and ditches are not in place anymore and the best option to put the water back on the old fields would be to pump out of the River. There is potential to sell water rights off the property as well as these are older water rights. The property would also have a lot of gravel on it .
