This ranch is located near Echo Reservior approx. 7 miles East of Pioche, Nevada. It is 680 deeded acres of which approx. 211 acres is in crop (Alfalfa) , another 284 water righted acres that are fallow and another 185 that are corners of pivots or native rangeland. In addition to the 2,408 Acre feet of underground water rights the ranch has the 67.20 AF of water rights from Flatnose Spring. According to the appraisal the spring is appox. 600 gpm. The Spring runs into a 10" PVC Pipe that feeds the hand lines and runs into the mainline which runs the full length of the property. This is a portion of a larger ranch split by the family. There are 3 wells that are approx. 300' deep each and supply the system with approx. 2000 gallons per minute of water. The homesite is in the mouth of Flatnose canyon. Signs of elk are on the ranch with trees broomed and fresh elk tracks visible. The area has trophy mule deer as well. Echo reservoir is a short distance from the ranch where you can fish for trout and bass.
